Gallery Nucleus is thrilled to welcome artist and animator Dana Terrace for her first solo art exhibition! Best known as the creator and show runner of the critically-acclaimed TV show, The Owl House, Terrace’s art balances cute and macabre in equal measures, and this exhibition will showcase an expansive collection of her sketches and drawings from the past decade. 

In addition to unveiling years of artwork, this exhibition will feature the release of her new book, skin & bones, as well as other exclusive merchandise. Pre-order the book and other exclusive merchandise before February 4th!

EXHIBITION DETAILS:

• Exhibition on display Saturday February 22nd to Sunday March 9th
• Exhibit location: 210 East Main St. Alhambra CA 91801 
• The art be available for early online presale starting Friday, February 21st. See our Patreon for more details.
• The artwork will be available online to the public on February 23rd
• Dana Terrace will be present to give a special presentation on her work and career beginning at 4:00 pm, limited to 120 people (RSVP ticket details below)
• Dana will also have a second signing session after her presentation starting at 6:00 pm (RSVP ticket details below)

PANEL & SIGNING w/ DANA TERRACE Moderated by Drew Taylor (Saturday, February 22nd from 4pm - 6pm) RSVP ONLY

• $15 per person. Ticket can be redeemed for in-store credit or to help to cover an outside item fee. (SOLD OUT)
• Tickets to attend the event will be available HERE on Eventbrite beginning February 5th at 1:00 pm PT. You can only RSVP for one time slot; multiple signups will be deleted and refunded (minus the 3rd party fee).

• Guests that purchase this RSVP time slot should arrive no later than 3:30 pm to check in and take their seats
• Moderator Drew Taylor will interview Dana about her work and her career followed by a brief Q & A. 
• Signing is limited to 2 items per guest. There is an outside item fee of $10 that must be paid per item prior to the signing at the front register
• No sketches, blank papers, or sketchbooks will be permitted 
• **IN STORE Pickups will NOT be available for those who preordered a book online.  If you preordered a book you will need to wait until the fulfillment period to pick up your book. An email will be sent once its ready.

ABOUT DANA TERRACE

Dana Terrace is an animator, illustrator and writer based in Los Angeles. Her work is influenced by everything from Hieronymus Bosch to The Powerpuff Girls to Satoshi Kon's Paprika. After graduating from SVA in 2013, Terrace worked on projects like Gravity Falls and DuckTales 2017, though she is best known as the creator and show runner of the Peabody Award-winning show, The Owl House, and co-creator and show runner of the upcoming online series Knights of Guinevere.
