Join us at Gallery Nucleus in celebrating our 20th year! We have been honored to provide a space for artists and lovers of art to interact and bond over the skill and talent of artists in the entertainment and illustrative industries. In celebration, we're hosting a special month-long art sale as well as a one-night-only auction, featuring some of the amazing pieces from our shows from the past two decades.

SILENT ART AUCTION (November 23rd, 5 PM - 8 PM)

• One night only
• Over 50 pieces of original art
• Some starting bids are up to 60% off the original list price
• This will be a silent auction. Phone bidding is allowed (details below)
• Register to bid (Closed)
• Write your bid on the bidding sheet below the desired piece
• Bidding will be in increments of $50 or higher
• Phone bidding ends at 7:30 pm
• Auction ends at 8:00 pm
• After the auction, the in person winners must be present to make payment for their pieces. Phone bidding winners will be contacted.
• In person winners can take home their pieces the same night
• Any pieces unsold after the auction will continue to be on sale at 20% off for the rest of the exhibition (in-store only)

PHONE BIDDING RULES

Phone Bidding Registration is now closed

Once you've registered to bid, you will receive an email before the auction with a phone # you can call in to make your bid via your assigned gallery proxy. You will be sent a Google spreadsheet with current bidding prices.

Starting at 5pm PT on November 23rd, you may call your Proxy to make any bids.  Please have your Bidding ID # and the name of the piece(s) ready. You will be updated with the most recent bid for that piece and then be allowed to make a bid in increments of $50 or higher.

After that, you can monitor your bid from the google spreadsheet.  It will be updated every 10-15 minutes. 

If you have been outbid, you may call in to make another bid if you choose to.

**IMPORTANT** You must make your best and final offer for your desired piece/s over the phone by 7:30 pm PT. Your proxy will only bid for you up until the final offer amount if necessary. There will no longer be updates if you are outbid within those 30 minutes between 7:30 PM - 8PM.
At the end of the auction, your proxy will notify you within 30 minutes only if your bid was successful. Your credit card will be charged for the final bid price (+ shipping if necessary).
