The “Siamese Cat” Shikishi Collection 

 Intelligent, brave, energetic and affectionate, Siamese cats are my favorites! 

For this collection of drawings I was inspired by distinctive features of the Siamese cat breed – their lively spirit, blue almond-shaped eyes, white fur with black accents on the paws and the head. To me, they represent my passion for the beauty of confidence, the elegance of playfulness, and the contrast between what is cute and what is wild. I wanted to shape this passion into flat spaces divisioned by color, radical tone relations and curved lines.

Although this is my first time being this honest to myself in what I actually want to draw in my free time, I had the most fun bringing this concept to life and hope you will like the results as well!
