David B. Levy - Author, animation and development executive for TV, Digital Platforms, Social Media, interactive, and film



David is the author of Your Career in Animation: How to Survive and Thrive, the essential career guide for animation artists working in North America. Levy is the director of animation at Disney, where he leads a team producing and developing original short-form content for social media, including several series for Lucasfilm. Prior to joining Disney, Levy worked as an award-winning animation director supervising series and pilots for Nickelodeon (Blue’s Clues), Cartoon Network (Assy McGee), Sesame Workshop (Word on the Street), Fox Broadcasting Company (Bob's Burgers). Levy has also been engaged as a writer/creator on development projects for Disney Jr, DreamWorks, Warner Bros. Animation, and Silvergate Media/Sony Pictures Television. As an independent filmmaker, Levy is the director of the popular children’s film Good Morning, and a pair of short animated documentaries Grandpa Looked Like William Powell and Turning a Corner which premiered at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival. Levy has lectured and taught at Parsons, SVA, NYU, RISD, and Pratt, and was president of the New York chapter of ASIFA (Association International du Film d' Animation). He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter.

Joanna Davidovich has been a working animation artist for over sixteen years.  Her roots are in traditional animation, but has branched out to work in digital animation, storyboarding, and character design as well.  She has worked on an eclectic variety of projects, promos, and series for a wide array of clients, including Hasbro, Cartoon Network, and Warner Bros. Animation.  She also recently illustrated her second children's book commissioned by the State of Georgia. In her spare time she produces original content, and even enjoyed a theatrical run with her short “Monkey Rag.”  Find more of her work at CupOJo.net, and follow her across social media @jothezette.

Mike Hollingsworth - BoJack Horseman Supervising Director



Mike Hollingsworth was the first animator hired by Netflix back in 2014. He spent 6 seasons as the Supervising Director and Co-EP on Netflix's 4th show, BoJack Horseman, and one extremely artistically fulfilling season Supervising Tuca & Bertie. Now he's the Executive Producer of Netflix's first in-house adult animated series, Inside Job, created by Shion Takeuchi, which will drop in 2021.

Koyalee Chanda - VP, Kids and Animation at Hello Sunshine



Koyalee Chanda is a children’s media creative with over 20 years of experience. She is a seven-time Emmy nominated producer and director, starting her career on the breakthrough preschool series Blue’s Clues, which she started directing at age 23. Koyalee is currently the VP of Kids and Animation at Reese Witherspoon’s media company Hello Sunshine. Prior to this role, Koyalee did stints at Netflix Animation and Apple as a production and creative executive.

As a Creative and Development Consultant, Koyalee has worked with top kids networks, including HBO Kids and Family, Nickelodeon, Universal Kids and PBS Kids.

Past projects include: Co-Executive Producer of Wallykazam! (Nickelodeon); Co-Executive Producer of the pilot for Odd Squad (PBS Kids); Producer/Director of on-air and off-air content for Sesame Street; Voice Director for Nickelodeon’s Emmy-winning series The Backyardigans; and Director of over 30 episodes of Blue’s Clues (Nickelodeon).

She is a proud graduate of Wesleyan University and holds a Directing Certificate from NYU.
