I'm interested in human/animal relationships, in the way we personify and objectify the creatures we share this planet with, rendering them into objects for pleasure, or utility, or fear. My work alludes to the way in which these social constructs transform animals, altering the way they are seen in different societies, and ultimately transforming the animals literally because of the way our social views of them change the way they are either protected, or destroyed.
